North West Ordinance 1787 - The seperation of church and state was not the original intent

Phonics vs. Whole Word

Although I believe that sight words are a good start for understanding vocabulary words that may show up in a higher frequency, I do not agree with only teaching sight words. In my opinion, it is the worst way to teach a child to read. Phonics are so much better. This video will show you why.
